One key aspect sets ideRide Freeride camps apart from the competition is the professionally produced media by Mocean365. Each participant gets to relive the moment in full HD for years to come. Here is our teaser for the July 2010 “ideRide Ultimate Freeride Camp”. This is a low-resolution copy for faster viewing by all. Produced by Mocean365. For a larger, higher quality version check out their channel at http://vimeo.com/mocean365home/videos

Last Years Freeride camps were a huge success and this year looks to be even better with additions like a foam pit, Trampoline, and newly constructed Kingdom Trails Freeride Lines.

Kingdom Trails Ride Guide TV webisode

Sun ,27/12/2009

LOGO_RIDEGUIDE_SWOOSH_FB3_biggerRide Guide TV is a weekly snowboard, freeski and mountain bike television series. Back in 2008, before the birth of ideRide we made this litle promo vid For Kingdom trails. Ride Guide sent a crew and we spent two days showing off the best that Kingdom Trails has to offer. Everyone was a little bummed out when they didn’t send Ride Guide host, Darcy Turene but the resulting video was top notch. It never made it to the weekly TV show but its on the Ride Guide website.

This video is especially fun for me because of the segment that shows me with my dog Zoey, she’s the best little trail dog out there. Kingdom trails posted this video on their website and now whenever I’m out on the trails with Zoey I hear peple saying” hey, isn’t that the little dog from the website?”<embed src=”http://rideguidebike.mobilerider.com/embed/small_wide/891/18596/

Holderness School Mtn Bike Team hones their skills with an ideRide clinic.

Sat ,07/11/2009

The Holderness School Mtn bike team recently took advantage of our Indian summer with a weekend trip to Kingdom Trails. On Saturday their coach and fearless leader Tiaan Vanderlinde showed them all the goods on KT’s Darling Hill. Sunday started with a morning ride and following lunch the team met ideRide coach, Knight for a pumptrack session. After a few pointers and demonstration these guys were ripping it up like pros, pumping transitions for speed and even learning to manual the rollers. An hour of this and everyone was ready for something more extreme and so the session moved to the ideRide indoor park for some ramp riding. This talented and athletic group had no trouble picking up the basics and were flowing the park in no time.

Geddis Family

Dear Lilias,

Thank you so very much for guiding my family through Kingdom Trails. We all agreed that the ride you planned for us was the best out of any other ride we went on over the weekend. We all had such a blast…..I really can’t thank you enough. We will definitely recommend Ide Ride to everyone we know. I’m trying to book another trip in October with my husband, I would love it if I can get you and Ide Ride to guide us. Once I book it, I’ll email you.

Thank you for your time, we had so much fun on your ride.

July 5 the ideRide youth freeride camps become a reality with the arrival Tristan, Garrett, Curtis Yale and Evan. These guys showed up with limited riding experience but a lot of talent and drive. A week on Kingdom Trails and ideride’s jump park and indoor skatepark had them riding like pros.
Week 2 campers, Will, Jamie, Erik, Ryan and Sam showed up with more experience. ideRide coaches and pro Kyle Ebbett helped them to build their freeride skills on jumps , park and trail. Day 4 was a field trip to Highland mtn bike park where campers got to meet and ride with top pros like Aaron Chase, Greg Watts, Dave Smutoc, and more.
Both weeks campers enjoyed delicious home cooked meals prepared by Jen Watkins, accommodations at the ideRide lodge, shuttles on KT and professional photographs and a video produced by Skye Nacel of Mocean365.
Next years schedule for this exclusive, one of a kind camp is in developement and will be announced soon so don’t miss out!

IdeRide and Valencia Sports Group

Thu ,11/06/2009

We here at IdeRide are pleased to announce a sponsorship with the Valencia Sports Group and their amazing product line including Six Six One, Royal, and Sunline Components! We have used the Six Six One products in particular for years and they are arguably the industry standard.
Expect lots of bumps and bruises avoided due to the great design.
The crew is also looking forward to checking out Royal and SunLine. The Sunline bars namely have been getting some great reviews lately with some of our riding friends and we can’t wait to check them out.
Busy weeks here with our first day camp in the bag, shuttles at Burke Mountain up and running, new trailwork, photo shoots and plenty more in the works.
So get out and ride but check in here after often so you can see what we’re up to!

There will be a raffle with tons of great prizes including ideRide t-shirts and a seasons pass or two day passes on the ideRide shuttle.
It will be a fun packed evening and look for the ideRide jump park in NWD segments from Cam Zink, Aaron Chase and Adam Hauck.
